Hello beautiful people! Happy BS NL day ;) I’ve been realllly excited about sharing this news with you.

I can’t believe the moment is FINALLY here… Angel Margarita has officially launched and I couldn’t be more thrilled. This journey has been a labor of love. It’s introduced me to a world of craftsmanship, tradition, and passion I’ve been itching to get up close to. And while I’ve learned so much along the way — this project has been years in the making — I know there’s so much more to uncover.

Let’s get into how this whole thing started. Like most good tequila stories, it takes place in Mexico. Although, I guess you could say that the idea for Angel came to me in my house in California. Specifically, it came from my bar, this beautiful space I immediately finished and fine-tuned to create a cozy nook for hosting and making memories. The final touch? I needed a house cocktail. I wanted something that felt like me — a drink I could pour for friends on a Friday night or a slow Saturday afternoon.

So I ran through the cocktail list. With lots of trial and error (and a few tipsy afternoons), I always returned to the margarita. Nothing else compared. Eventually, I mastered a recipe that became my house cocktail. I loved drinking it, mixing it, and maybe most of all, sharing it — because it always felt celebratory. Whenever a friend came over and we were sitting in the bar, I'd always think: Would it be possible to bottle (or can?) this thing and share it beyond my little home bar? (We’d stock it there, too, of course.)

In come my co-founders, Jordi and Rodrigo! These two are a wealth of knowledge in the alcohol space, and they helped me figure out how to turn this idea into something real. We knew we had to get to the land of tequila: Jalisco, Mexico. I saw the agave fields firsthand, stood shoulder to shoulder with the jimadores, and even tried my hand at piña harvesting(!). I came home with a new respect for the craft of tequila making, a deep appreciation for the process, and an even stronger desire to create something — a version of the tequila concoction from my at-home bar — that could be loved and shared.

So what started in my home bar in Los Angeles (the city of Angels) took me to the agave fields of Jalisco, which brought us to Angel Margarita…

Each flavor was designed to represent a moment, a feeling, a celebration. So let’s…

For if you’re: Enjoying dinner at sunset.

Find everything Angel at Angelmargarita.com! The cans will be available on March 3rd, but you can sign up for a notification the second they drop (I highly recommend doing this so you don’t face a sold-out situation). In any case, I hope you snag some Angel very soon, pop the cans in your fridge, and reach for them in moments of celebration and connection. You got a promotion! You took a risk that felt scary and paid off! You’re having dinner with your best friend! You’ve got a date! Tonight at dinner, I’ll be pouring one out for all of my beautiful, supportive, super high-quality Beau readers:)

TO WATCH: Our Angel hero video! When the first cans came in, I called a few friends (including Greer, Courtney, and my brother Griffin) and invited them over for dinner. Naturally, we had a full spread: pizza, pasta, sushi. Angel pairs with everything.

TO PLAY: You Think You Know Me. I love a questions game.

TO DRINK: Angel, of course! 😇 (don’t forget this for the rim).

TO LISTEN TO: A great go-to cocktail-hour mix.

TO WEAR: I’ve been obsessed with Olivia’s clothing brand, Chava Studios, for a while now. It’s a 30-year-old, family-run brand. Every unique piece — from oversized button-down shirts to hair bows(!) — is made in their Mexico City studio.

TO SERVE: These glasses. On this silver tray.

TO REMEMBER: “The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate." -Oprah

Highlighting your comments on the previous week’s issue. Today, we hear Angelica’s response to BS Lovefest.

“Hi Hailee!! I loved this issue because I completely love Valentine’s Day, even when I’m not dating someone. It’s about sharing love with friends and family! In Mexico, we call it ‘día del amor y la amistad’ which translates to ‘day of love and friendship’ — so being single is no reason to not celebrate. Valentine’s Day is fun and full of chocolates and red shades, so share it with your friends and family too!” -Angelica
